With a Culinary Arts degree with Oakland Community College and a Hospitality degree from MSU, Julie also carries quite the resume with her experiences in some of Metro-Detroit’s most well-known venues (NoVI Chophouse, Rugby Grill and Sweet Lorraine’s). While Julie has several catering and baking experiences that bring her to a well-rounded view of food, she also has a unique style of her own that blends classic and homemade to a refined level.
