Cooking Class Schedule

Pop Up @ The Butchery will be OPEN for private events, cooking classes and pop up dinners, starting November 1st, 2019. We will be creating a calendar on our website for you to have available classes to book, and hopefully, pay right from the website as well, please be patient while we get this organized. Seafood 101 Adult Class

Thursday, December 12th @ 6:30pm-9:00pm
$75 Adult Class (BYOB)

We take a fun and detailed look into seafood and sustainability of the fish we love to eat! We cook four seafood dishes that will take the fear out of fish. This is a class for the home cook that is afraid to try cooking seafood and needs some simple easy ideas to make it taste great? We got you covered!! Come on in and cook with us!

Incredible Hand Made Pizza with Chef Bryan  

Sunday, December 15th @ 2:00pm–4:00pm
$50 Youth Class (Ages 10-18)

Artisan pizza fresh from the oven?  Yes, please! Join us as we learn the secret tricks behind working with yeast and preparing dough from scratch, shaping dough and creating a variety of thin-crust pizzas from classic Margherita, to unique flavor combinations including Pizza alla: the butchery for sausage lovers. Pick up a few bonus skills with Caesar salad and classic pizza sauce, or well your personal take on classic pizza sauce.  Once you see how easy and delicious homemade pizza can be, you might think twice about ordering delivery…lol bring your friends and let’s get cooking.

(MEAT)ium Rare: Making Restaurant Quality Steaks At Home 

Thursday, December 19th @ 7:00pm–8:30pm
$75 Adult Class (BYOB)

We will walk through the basics of beef in this session. How to choose the perfect steak, cooking accompaniments, and sauces. We will touch on different quality grades, cuts, aging, and last but definitely not least, marbling. This session is more demonstration based, but don’t worry, there will be a lot of meat to try side-by-side. Each participant will get an American Wagyu Steak to take home at the end of the session.

Breakfast with Santa Workshop  

Saturday, December 21st
  (1st session) 9:00am-10:30am
(2nd Session) 11:00am-12:30pm 

$30/Kid with Adult/free (Ages 2-18)

This workshop is designed for an adult to accompany their child/children throughout the event. Adults are free of charge and can eat from the buffet. We will be making pancakes and waffles with a decorate your breakfast bar for the little ones to make their own breakfast.  Santa will be in the building for photos as well as helping the kids top their waffles and pancakes!! We will have an arts and crafts station for a project or two for the kids as well. SO join us and have breakfast with Santa.

Private Events

Have a group of 10 or more book a private class and we can tailor the menu of recipes to your group. You get lots of special one on one time with a chef instructor for the private classes. You get the entire space to you and your guests to have fun as we entertain you.


Just pick a class, call, and sign up. We save your spot and we charge your card or you pay cash day of!!
